BE ONE WITH YOUR BIKE
To get the best riding experience on any terrain you need to find your unique active riding
position, which will help you climb faster, descend more confidently and ride with less fatigue. This is
achieved in conjunction with a trained Body Geometry Fit Specialist who has
a complete understanding of your unique biomechanics and experience.
Body Geometry is the most complete system to help you become one with your bike.
To understand you and how you ride, a Body Geometry Specialist will ask about your goals and measure your physical capabilities and strengths. Then we adjust your bike to you and recommend solutions to improve comfort and enjoyment, while boosting performance an average of five percent.
Rider Profile Interview
Every fit- whether you’re a novice or experienced cyclist- starts with an interview between trained fit specialist and rider to understand your injury history, needs and goals.
This is the key to the Body Geometry Fit process, allowing a Fit Specialist to develop an accurate picture of your flexibility and other physical attributes, so they’ll be able to make the proper adjustments to help you be one with your bike.
Assessed from the side, the goal is to determine your unique active riding position that's both powerful and comfortable through adjustments to seat height, handlebar position, stem length and cleat placement.
Unique to the Body Geometry Fit process, this frontal view analysis will optimize your hip, knee and foot alignment for greater performance and balanced power delivery.
After a week or so, your Fit Specialist will call to ensure the adjustments were effective and to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.
