Description

The Cascade 4 was created to be versatile bikes for riders who are looking for a bike to commute to work during the weekdays and planning to go for recreational riding on the weekends. The Cascade is built with a lightweight and durable AL6 frame with modern geometry for a more comfortable ride. The component spec includes 27.5” wheels for less rolling resistance, a 100mm travel suspension fork to smooth out the bumps while riding down fire roads, and disc brakes to keep riders in control. The new Cascade 4 is a reliable companion for day-to-day use and sport.

Polygon Bicycles are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

  1. Polygon warranty Only covers bike frame and non-suspension fork.
  2. ENTITY-branded parts and electricity components equipped on E-bike.
  3. Paint and sticker are not covered in this warranty.
  4. Warranty does not cover wear items such as: bearings, bushings, tires, tubes, rims, brake pads, brake and shifter cables-casings-hose, chains, gears, handle grips, bar tapes, and saddles which are subject to varying wear life depending on use, load, weather, road conditions etc.
  5. Alloy based frame and fork are covered for 10 years.
  6. Carbon based frame and fork are covered for 5 years.
  7. Steel based frame and fork are covered for 5 years.
  8. Dual suspension series frame are covered for 5 years.
  9. E-bike frame are covered for 5 years.
  10. Trid & Trid ZZ series frame dan fork are covered for 2 years

All other original parts shall be covered exclusively by the stated warranty of their original manufacturer

Exclusions

  • Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.

  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alter the bicycle lights by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.

  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.

  • Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, collisions, or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.

  • Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the bicycle lights & Computers in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.

  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.

  • Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.

  • Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.

  • Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.

Terms & Conditions

  • Service must be performed by Polygon or an authorized retailer. 
  • Insurance, handling and transportation charges to Polygon Distributor shall be borne by Customer.

Bike is good. The gears are not tuned properly out of the box

Bike is good. while shifting the gears, hear a lot of clanking sounds and jerks. It is not smooth and due to sudden movements, the grip on the pedals is also lost sometimes. have to get the gears tuned again
