RACELITE 61 ALUMINUM
We use a minimum of 6061 aluminum. The pay back is that it's possible to make lighter and more advanced frames. We use an additional heat treatment and double-butted wall thicknesses to produce light and stiff frames.
TFS - TECHNO FORMING SYSTEM
Technoforming is a mechanical forming process, forming the tubes by using negative molds, at times combined with an internal metal core.
Using a tapered head tube with 1 1/8 "bearings in the top and 1 1/4" or 1 1/2 "in the bottom creates superb stiffness and precise, confidence inspiring steering.
Cables are routed through the frame, entering and exiting through smooth sockets. The bike looks neat, while the cables are protected from moisture and dirt.
DOWN TUBE EXIT
Ensures internally routed cables and wires.
CS POST MOUNT DISC
Post mount disc brake calipers fit directly onto the seat for a strong and light connection. Another benefit is that internal cable routing is easier and neater via the chainstay.
'F-Mount' equipped bikes have integrated fittings for mud guards, making fitting fast and simple.
MERIDA kick stands on the chainstay.
'C-Mount' equipped bikes have the fixing points for a rear rack already integrated (some bikes require model specific rear rack), making fitting fast, simple and reliable.
The suspension fork and / or rear shock can be locked, either directly or via a remote control lever on the handlebar.

We all love to ride our bikes, and we know how exciting it is to get a new bike.
Our READY TO RIDE Service ensures you can ride your bike within a few minutes upon receiving it.
NO MECHANIC REQUIRED
Building a bike to ride smoothly and safely requires specialty tools and expertise. Trained and experienced bike mechanics assemble your bike with precision and care in a professional bike shop environment using correct bicycle specific tools and procedures.
We review your new bike to ensure there are no missing parts and that they all work together as desired - derailleurs shifting perfectly, brakes performing flawlessly, and that your wheels are trued to perfection. Our mechanics complete a thorough 30 point checklist to assure that your new bike is not only perfectly tuned, but that every nut and bolt is torqued to exact technical specifications. This is the same quality control process that we use for the thousands of bicycles that roll out of our bike shop to ensure they are high performing and are safe to ride.
Every bike is then carefully packed and ready to be shipped out using the best shipping companies in the country.
BOX TO RIDING IN 10 MINUTES
When you receive your new bike all you need to do is complete a simple 10 minute process and you are Ready to Ride. It actually takes longer to remove the foam padding that safely protects your bike than to do the final easy assembly steps.
After removing your bike from the box and removing the foam padding, you only have to tighten the pedals and handlebars, install the seat and plug in the front wheel and you'll be riding in 10 minutes.
Proven to work even with the most mechanically un-inclined person.
Mountain Bikes are bikes that are designed to be ridden off-road on trails, mud tracks, rocky/sandy sections and generally areas which are not smooth. Generally, mountain bikes are identified by knobby tires, flat handlebars, and suspensions which provide a smooth and stable ride even on highly irregular or broken terrain.. read more
