How do I order from the BUMSONTHESADDLE online store?

I was charged but my order was not confirmed?
Could be for a number of reasons. Don't panic. Typically we will hear from the bank with 48 hours and your order will be confirmed. If this doesn't happen, please give us a call and we'll do our best to sort this out.

I can't see my order details in "My Order" section?
This could be because we haven't received the payment yet. You will receive an email as soon as your order is confirmed. Please check if you have received this. Otherwise, give it a day. No luck, then give us a call.

How is the Order Confirmation done?
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. NEFT typically takes up to 2 days. Debit/Credit card and Net banking take less time. An order is confirmed only once we receive the payment. This takes time sometimes, so don’t panic. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details and a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

You have received a part of your complete order, or items in your order are missing
