RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 7 days to Return an item from the date of delivery.
 
Returns are eligible only in the following scenarios
  1. Item was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  2. An incorrect item has been delivered
  3. Item has manufacturing defects
  4. Sizing related exchanges are eligible only on selected categories and brands and will be clearly mentioned on the Returns & Exchanges tab on the product's page
To be eligible for a Return, please make sure of the following
  1. Products must be unused
  2. Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
  3. Products should not be broken, opened or tampered with
  4. You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase
  5. All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
Returns and Exchanges are not applicable for color or incorrect purchases. Please note that we allow a single exchange per product. Products shipped would be as per the color described in the product title on the product page. Images on product pages can sometimes be misleading and are meant to be indicative in nature.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a size exchange/replacement at the earliest.
Equivalent store credit will be issued in case we're unable to source the agreed upon exchange/replacement. The store credit can be used to purchase other products online at bumsonthesaddle.com

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Initiate a request via our Returns Center on site and complete the following 3 simple steps

Step 1: Pack the item you're looking to return. Ensure you have sufficient packaging to keep the product safe. Our Customer Support team is happy to help if required.
Step 2: If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we would need your assistance to ship the item to us. You will receive details from our customer support team on where the items need to be shipped.
Step 3: You should receive an email as soon as we receive your items.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are possible if we have not started processing the order. If we have already started processing your order with our vendors, we would be unable to cancel the order.

Can I cancel my order online?
Navigate to My Account > Order History to list all your orders.
You can click the Cancel / Edit link against each order to cancel your order.

How do I initiate a Return?
Head over to our Returns Center to initiate the exchange process. 
You would need your order number and email address to initiate the return. The entire process is extremely simple and our Customer Support team is happy to help in case you need assistance.

Are there any hidden charges for a Return?
There are no charges for a Return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
