Returns Policy

We love happy customers. Our simple returns policy is a basic structure to support you effectively. If you need any further assistance, just reach out and we're happy to help.
You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return
1) All Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused
2) All Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
3) All Products should not be broken or tampered with
4) The Products needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
5) All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
Returns are eligible only in the following scenarios
1) Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
2) Has missing parts or accessories
3) Is different from what was ordered
Returns are NOT applicable for color or incorrect purchases.
Please note, products shipped would be as per the color described in the product title. Product images can sometimes be misleading and are meant to be indicative in nature. Please take care when sizing options are available and work with our customer support teams to ensure you get the correct fitting product.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 
We will notify you within 48 hours on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will either
1) initiate a size exchange/replacement; or
2) refund in the form of equivalent store credit in your registered account or a bank deposit through NEFT.

Once you initiated a return via the Returns Center, please ensure the following steps are followed
1) Securely pack all items you're looking to return along with a copy of the original purchase invoice. Ensure you have sufficient packaging to keep the product safe. Reach out to our Customer Support team for packing advice if required.
2) We will do our best to arrange a pickup from your desired location. If your location is not serviceable by our logistics partners, we would need your assistance to ship the items back to us and share tracking details with us. Return address mentioned below.
3) You should receive an email as soon as we receive your items

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are possible if we have not started processing the order. If the item(s) has been specially procured for you or if we have already started processing your order with our vendors, we would be unable to cancel the order.
Can I cancel my order online?
Navigate to My Account > Order History to list all your orders.
You can click the Cancel / Edit link against each order to cancel your order.
How to initiate a return?
Head over to our Returns Center to initiate the return process.
You would need your order number and email address to initiate the return. The entire process is extremely simple and you're also welcome to connect with our Customer Support team in case you need assistance.
Please send product images to (ORDER NUMBER in the Subject Line can be uber helpful)
Once your return is approved you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once returned items are received and inspected, you should receive an email with an approval or rejection of the claim.
Refund processing is bank dependent and can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.
Are there any charges for return?
There are no charges for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
In the case of a faulty product, the to-n-fro shipping of the faulty item and the replacement will be borne by us.
In the case of a product exchange, the customer will be charged for the return shipping of the original item and for the ship out of the exchanged product.
