RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have 7 days to Return an item from the date of delivery.

There are two simple ways to return product
  • Pick up: We offer a paid pick up service across most locations in India. This service is available at a flat fee of Rs 300
  • Self Ship: If you would prefer to ship the product back to us or if we don’t offer a reverse pickup at your pin-code, you can courier the item back to our warehouse
To be eligible for a Return, please make sure of the following
  • Products must be unused, unwashed and in re-sellable condition
  • Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
  • Packaging should not be damaged, broken, opened or tampered with
  • You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
  • All products are to be securely packed to ensure there are no damages or loss of parts during transit
EXCLUSIONS
The following product categories cannot be Returned or Exchanged - Bicycles, Trainers, Wheels, Rims, Floor Pumps, Frame sets, Forks/Suspensions, Work Stands, Car Racks, Socks, Masks, Nutrition items and Sunglasses.

Please note that we allow a single exchange per product. We will not be held responsible for products sent back to us without a confirmation or approval from us to initiate a return of the product back to our warehouse.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
  • You can Initiate a Returns/Exchange via our Returns & Exchanges Portal.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a size exchange/replacement at the earliest.
  • Equivalent store credit will be issued in case we're unable to source the agreed upon exchange/replacement. The store credit can be used to purchase other products online at bumsonthesaddle.com

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations are possible if we have not yet started processing the order. All successful cancellations will result in a equivalent store credit that can be used to purchase other products on bumsonthesaddle.com

Q: Can I Cancel my order online?
Navigate to My Account > Order History to list all your orders. You can click the Cancel / Edit link against each order to cancel your order. These links will be visible only if the order processing has not yet been initiated.

Q: The product is not working!
You have 7 days to Initiate a Returns/Exchange via our Returns & Exchanges Portal. Please make sure you share as much information as possible - clear pictures in bright daylight, videos and a verbose description of the actual issue will help us solve your issue and help you with exact next steps.
