If you face any issue with the bike, be it damages during shipping or post setup, please send us a mail at email@example.com with images of the damages to the bike and a detailed writeup of the issue. We shall immediately look into it and have it processed by the manufacturer/brand distributor.
All our products are covered under warranty, subject to the manufacturer's and distributors terms and conditions.
Q. What if the wrong bike is delivered to me?
Shucks! This is something that we try our best to make sure that it does not happen. But in the rare case that it does, please reach out to us on call or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall have this issue resolved for you at lightning speed.
Q. What if I do not like the bike delivered to me for some or the other reason?
We don't have a return policy on bicycles. Sorry! We prefer to focus on ensuring you are 100% confident about the bike you are getting on before we ship it out. Please do call us incase you're not sure about which bike you would like to get on and we would be happy to help.
