Designed to keep you as cool as possible, it has a perforated fabric on the side panels and mesh-like Giro Air leg bands, and the fabric on the front of the short actually includes titanium dioxide (the active ingredient in sunscreen) to help reflect UV rays and keep you cool. Very good ventilation and chamois. The fabric keeps you cool in hot riding conditions but the fabric does tend to fray out after a few weeks/months of usage which is disappointing in a quality bib short. This is the only drawback so I've given this a 4 star rating.
