These organic (resin) brake pads are similar to the Shimano G03S and fit snuggly on my SLX brakes. After riding my bike for a number of times, I have arrived at this conclusion. They provide a good bite with the quiet stopping power akin to the Shimanos. I would highly recommend this product. Don't compromise, use only the best.
