I got the pannier for my weekly shopping to replace a plastic box that rattled, could be unlocked without the key and was too small
The pannier does not rattle and is big enough but it is fiddly to operate
The top opening has to be rolled before it can be clipped. The strap is fixed length does not support fastening the top with tall loads. I would prefer a conventional backpack style fold-over top with adjustable length strap
The shoulder straps are awkward to unclip from the bottom of the pannier for stowage. There are functionally similar clips which are a lot easier to operate
The two clips and four velcro straps to fasten the pannier to the carrier are fiddly and take too long to operate, especially if shoulder sraps are loose to save stowage time and must be held away from the wheel. With practice I would know where to clip to avoid rubbing against my foot. In position, only three of the four straps could be fastened. Fastening the lower one requires hands between pannier and carrier. Meh. I'm not confident the velcro straps will have a long life
The idea of a universal fitting pannier is great but fiddly and time consuming to use. I would prefer a universal bracket that the pannier could quickly and easily be clipped onto and which could include a lock for security
