Fantastic product. Having great fun. But connectivity trouble exists. Could suggest android users to keep location ON while connecting (not suggested anywhere).
First indoor trainer ever. Couldn't find the Android app in the store to setup. Mailed Jetblack team and got the new version of App in 2 days!
It works like a champ. No issues so far. Max I did is 3;30 hrs of non stop ride. Worked well.
First of all a huge kudos to the BOTS team for shipping the product during the lockdown. Their support was awesome throughout the process.
I've been using the trainer for 8 days now and it was very easy to set up and get started with Zwift. It took less than 30 minute to set up and it got connected seamlessly to Zwift and my Garmin smartwatch. The trainer is not noisy and the power readings are quite accurate. However, I found the cadence readings to be slightly a bit off. The ERG mode during workouts was also really smooth and I could see progress in my training performance thanks to this in the past 8 days. Overall an all-round smart trainer if you want to get started with Zwift or get started with planned workouts.
As this is my first smart trainer , I had to do quite a bit of information gathering and alternatives identification/ comparison , when the Volt was coming up on the list , I got in touch with BOTS who were prompt and responsive as always to my various queries .. the delivery was quick notwithstanding the effects of lockdown in KA/ TN . The installation was quick and easy the Jetblack App is easy to handle , pairing with the sensors via Bluetooth just takes a few minutes , however I am still having issues with pairing the HR data from my Garmin Fénix 3 with the trainer .. hopefully this will also get resolved soon .. I started using Zwift with the trainer .. it works perfectly ! All in all .. pretty happy with the purchase so far
