    Pathetic service and approach towards customers

    Placed order on the 6th of Dec. Received delivery on the 9th of Dec and the shoe felt tight for its size. Immediately got in touch and raised a return request on the 10th of Dec. They had a larger size but they would only ship this size after they receive and inspect the smaller size. The return shipment was collected on the 18th!! After 8 days of raising the return request!! And I still have to wait for them to receive the smaller size, inspect and then ship the new size, and for me to receive them. Don't know what day and age we are living in where the logistics can be this slow and there is no trust on the customer.

    Hello Pushpak. Sorry to hear that you're not too happy about our return processes. There are logistics limitations we face since we need to depend on third part logistics and running a reverse pickup (customer back to warehouse) is unfortunately quite slow at the moment. We do have limitations on how fast we can run with returns, but we're taken the first step to enable a return on certain product on the site - like shoes and apparel - as we believe this is critical for our customer base. Thanks for the feedback - We're working on this and hope to grow stronger in this department over time.
