Product received in original box although not sealed so cannot tell whether its original or not. I ordered it mistakenly and since there is no customer service, I cannot return and get refund. So be watchful before buying as online portals like this won't be able to serve customer the way big e-commerce players serve.

Sorry, as clearly mentioned on the site - we don't have a return policy for 'mistakenly ordered' items. Maybe its something we can look at if a lot of our customers need this.

Would be great if you can relook at the review for the product delivered - the product is authentic, high quality and delivered on time.  Shimano products don't really come in a 'sealed' box.
