The French company Corima was established in 1973 and is focused on producing carbon-composite frames and wheels for a range of bicycle sports. In 1988, Corima expanded into carbon components after initially focusing on molds for the automotive and aerospace industries, offering innovations like the disc wheel and 4-spoke wheel. Aerodynamic wheels and the Puma monocoque frame are new additions to their product lineup. With frames like the Fox, Corima continued dominating track, time trial, and triathlon competitions, even after UCI restrictions forced them to discontinue the Puma frame in 1999. Corima bikes, ridden by Chris Boardman and Catherine Marsal, are notable for setting two world hour records.
