ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE

  • We only ship within the Indian subcontinent as long as your pin code is serviceable by any of our logistics partners.
  • We aim to dispatch an order within 2 - 3 Business Days from order placement
  • Order processing is suspended on Sundays, public holidays, and during geographical and political disturbances
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require additional confirmation via WhatsApp from the provided contact number
  • The Customer is responsible for giving the correct address and contact information

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • All orders exceeding Rs. 1499 are eligible for free shipping. For orders utilizing the Cash On Delivery payment method, an additional convenience fee of Rs. 100 will be applied.
  • Cash on Delivery payment option is available for orders valued up to Rs. 19,999.
  • Cash On Delivery will incur additional shipping charges according to the following slab.
    Order Value  -- COD Charges
    1-1999           -- Rs. 50.00
    2000-3999     -- Rs. 100.00
    4000-7999     -- Rs. 200.00
    8000-15999   -- Rs. 400.00
    16000-20000 -- Rs. 500.00
  • Orders below Rs. 1499 will incur additional shipping charges according to the following slab.
    Order Value -- Shipping Charges
    1-499         -- Rs. 50.00
    500-999     -- Rs.100.00
    1000-1499 -- Rs. 150.00
  • Express Shipping  is available for pre-paid orders in Certain Product and Pincodes. Express Shipping is a Paid Service , Price Ranged from Rs. 199 - Rs.500.

The delivery timeframe for this shipping option ranges from 5 to 7 business days, contingent upon the destination. Typically, orders in this mode are dispatched using road transportation for efficient and reliable delivery.

2. Express Shipping

Exclusively available for selected cities, the delivery timeframe for this expedited option is within 3 -4 business days, contingent upon the destination. Orders in this mode are swiftly dispatched utilizing a hybrid of Road and Air modes for the utmost efficiency and promptness in delivery.

Terms and Conditions (Express Shipping)

  • Express Shipping is designed to deliver orders within approximately 72 - 96 business hours for most major and emerging cities. Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed, and may vary based on the destination and external factors.

  • This is a premium, paid service, with shipping charges ranging from ₹199 to ₹500 per shipment, depending on the order and delivery location.

  • While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for delays under the Express Shipping service.

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond operational control, including but not limited to weather conditions, regional or national holidays, regulatory requirements, logistical constraints, or recipient unavailability.

  • If an order is returned due to buyer unavailability or incorrect delivery details, the product value alone will be refunded. Express Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for Express Shipping orders.
