RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Please refer to specific product pages for return eligibility for that specific product. To get your return approved, ensure you upload clear images, a clear video explaining the issue and provide as much detail as possible to highlight the issue. Don’t forget to check product exclusions before initiating a return.

Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Opt for a hassle-free doorstep pickup and choose Store Credit as your refund method. Credits are issued within 24-48 hours of pickup and can be used on bumsonthesaddle.com to place a new order.

Prefer a Refund?
Simply place a new order for the correct item. We’ll process a refund to your original payment method once the returned item passes inspection.


RETURN PICKUP & SHIPPING OPTIONS

There are two simple ways to return products

  1. Doorstep Pickup: We offer a return pickup service in most locations across India. A ₹250 pickup charge will be deducted from the refund. Service availability is subject to updates from our courier partners.

  2. Self Ship: If you would prefer to ship the product back to us or if we don’t offer a reverse pickup at your pin-code, you can courier the item back to our warehouse.

HOW DO I GET MY REFUND AFTER A RETURN?

We offer three refund options for your convenience:

  1. Store CreditsProcessed on priority after a successful return pickup. Store credits can be used for future purchases on our website. Estimated Refund Timeline 24-48 Hours
    Note: If you choose to self-ship your return, the standard refund timelines do not apply. Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the item.

  2. Refund to Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed after we physically inspect the returned item. Timelines may vary based on shipping and bank/payment gateway processing. Estimated Refund Timeline 7-10 Days

  3. Refund via UPI: Available for COD orders. Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item. Timelines may vary based on your bank or payment gateway. Estimated Refund Timeline 7-10 days

To be eligible for a Return, please make sure of the following

  • Products must be unused, unwashed and in re-sellable condition
  • Products must be in their original condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact
  • Packaging should not be damaged, broken, opened or tampered with
  • You need to have a receipt or proof of purchase
  • All promotional items shipped along with the purchased item must be returned
  • All products are to be securely packed to ensure there are no damages or loss of parts during transit.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Initiate a Returns via our Returns Portal.
  • Once the Return has been Approved - a Pickup will be Arranged from Your Location If you have opted for Doorstep Pickup or the Return Address will be shared with you so that you can send in the item to our warehouse.
  • Upon receipt of your item, we will thoroughly inspect and run the Quality Check(QC) of the Product(s). If QC is approved,  refund will be initiated to the applicable mode.
  • In case of QC Failed, Product will be shipped back to your Address at your cost.

RETURN INSTRUCTION

Before handing over the product the courier company, item(s) should be packed properly using the original packaging to ensure the item does not suffer any transit damage which could lead to a rejection of the return.

EXCLUSIONS

The following product categories cannot be Returned or Exchanged - Bicycles, Trainers, Wheels, Floor Pumps, Frame sets, Forks/Suspensions, Work Stands, Tool Kits, Car Racks, Wetsuits, Nutrition items, Bike Cases/Bags, Sunglasses , Smartwatches , Spokes , Nipples , Pannier Racks , Display Stands & Small parts.

Refurbished Items cannot be Returned or Exchanged.

Please note that we will not be held responsible for products sent back to us without a confirmation or approval from us to initiate a return of the product back to our warehouse.
