An adventure-ready full-suspension gravel bike for riders who want 55 mm of rear travel, a 60 mm fork, a dropper post and an integrated rack for rough, loaded rides.

Overview

The Check-OUT SL 5 is built on a 500 Series OCLV Carbon frame with 55 mm of rear travel, integrated frame bag mounts and an integrated rack. A RockShox Rudy XL Ultimate fork with 60 mm travel and a RockShox SIDluxe Ultimate rear shock keep rough surfaces under control.

The drivetrain is a 1x12 Shimano GRX setup with a 38T crank, an XT 10-51 cassette and a GRX RX822 rear derailleur. Bontrager Paradigm Comp 25 tubeless-ready wheels carry Betasso RSL GX 700x55 mm tyres, and a TranzX dropper post with 100 mm travel is included.

In Era White / Blue Sage it suits riders who want a gravel bike that can carry gear and take on rougher terrain than a standard drop-bar bike.

Good to Know

Available in S, M, M/L and L. Crank length, handlebar width and stem length change with frame size, so check the size chart before ordering.
Trek fits tyres up to 56 mm / 2.20 in (as measured; see the manual for details).
The wheels and tyres are tubeless-ready, and the CentreLock rotors are removed with a standard CentreLock lockring tool.
