This Product is Genuine and covered by a Brand warranty ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of Lifetime from the date of the original purchase.
*Note: A product lifetime is considered as 15 years.
Exclusions
- Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
- Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
- Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
- Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
- Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
- Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
- Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
- Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.
- Exclusion for Water Damage: Any damage relating to damage caused by water because some products are water repellant but not Water Proof
- Non-specified conditions: Not includes damaged caused to products by improper accessories or improper fittings or for use in non specified conditions

- Service must be performed by Brand or an authorized reseller.
- Insurance, handling and transportation charges to Brand Distributor shall be borne by Customer.
- For some products registration is required to extend the warranty. Failure to register voids extended warranty
- The decision to replace or repair a product is influenced by the brand and various factors
