It straps to your bicycle helmet and follows line-of-sight for optimized night riding or recording. Constructed from durable, mold-injected Composite Matrix construction. Easy to install Velcro strap fits virtually all helmet styles. Compatible with a large number of Lezyne headlights via the included GoPro LED Adapter.

Good for road bike helmet

This is a fixture or a mount ideal enough of u have a ventilated helmet. I had to stick it with a 3M tape on my MTB downhill helmet.
Solid plastic is hard and good to mount light or a light camera using the adapter. Go Pro would be the best to mount on it.
