I orderd randomly and got my product right before time and in good packaging
bumsonthesaddle is a great website
this shifter is super smooth in shifting
takes kess efforts to upshift and has wider compatibility i paired it with a 7 speed freewheel which im gonna upgrade to 10 speed soon yaa this derailleur supports upto 10 speeds its maximum teeth capacity is 41
i think if you have to change just the derailleur you should go with this shimano acera very reliable total metal finish no plastic
if you want to upgrade full cassete and shifters in total you should go with shimano cues just few hundred rupees heigher prise range will give you a better modern looking derailleur but i saw some compatibility issues with cues where the acera has tons of positive reviews and better build quality than cues
if you are BUYING acera shifter then go for it
shimano acera did not comes with clutch system but cues has the clutch system
personally i will tell you it barely needs
acera has much cleaner finish and wider compatibility just buy itt..
