Received without spacer,Open box item not in polythene grease stain on box

Dear BOTS team,
I am disappointed by my purchase, heard a lot about you, your professionalism, and genuine product.
I don’t have item genuinity issues because item which was received seems genuine. Want to highlight which I have experienced.
1) In advertisement for crankset mt210 chain cover is shown but received without it box was not sealed and inside items were unorganised. When raised query your customer care team said it like this w/o chain cover and before sending it to customer we cross check my suggestions is if you are opening box then kindly close it in a way it was kept before.
2) In my Bottom Bracket RS501 box received without it grease stain on it when open it was BB kept as it is w/o polythene found grease inside box too, i surprised when unable to found spacer in that raised the issue with customer care he said it will take 24hrs to check with concern team and revert you back mechanic refused to install said w/o spacer their will be gap and won’t work properly, even before buying I checked it with Bangalore bike team whether to buy BB52 or RS501 they suggested RS501. Now 7 day it took to receive item and I'm stuck, for return also BOTS team charge ₹250 who is at fault I checked it before but now either to return or keep on waiting for their reply.
As your tag line says cycling makes you sexier if you take this much time to solve issue and to deliver item person will loose interest.
Overall worst experience out of 3 item I found hydraulic mineral oil to be satisfactory.
I am still in the loop of return and delivery regretting on my purchase
