It's a workhorse of a derailleur and well worth the price. My existing one was damaged in an accident but until that day it was working great. I had put it through a good 10k kilometres over a year and a half and it never gave me any trouble. However I decided to return this and upgrade to M3020 so let's see how that goes.

I wish BOTS improves their return and exchange process. The return shipping cost me 30% of the product price.

Good tourney for the price

Bought this tourney as a replacement for my old tourney. Genuine Shimano part.
Fitting was perfect and shifts smooth.
It's a very good tourney considering the price.
