Ill fitting screws and a nightmare to fit it on bike

Ah! Sorry to hear this. Sometimes, mudguards - across brands - are a PITA to install. The SKS lineup, including the BEVERTAIL, is actually a good product. Sometimes hard to install (esp the Blumels lineup), but does it job beautifully once installed.

Hope the mudguard works beautifully now that its been setup and installed on the bike!
