This review isn't about BOTS but about the product. I had previously tried to buy bicycle from BOTS (Giant fastroad advanced 1), though it didn't materialise and i ended up buying it from Mumbai Giant store - these guys have been super friendly and probably best in the market. They helped me out with multiple options, gave me good idea about what to opt for.
But i am thoroughly disappointed with my purchase which I recently did. I wanted good cycling gloves and it was practically impossible to get anything standard and premium anywhere online (I am a dr, i dont understand much) so i opted to buy them from BOTS as they sell exclusive cycling products.
I opted for CASTELLI ROSSO CORSA PRO V MENS CYCLING GLOVES - rs. 3599. I received my 1st pair and i could see that one of glove had a faulty stitch line. It was already giving away so i decided to return it. BOTS representative were super friendly, they not only took it back but refunded me full money. I placed a new order as suggested by the person and i got delivered a new pair.
I won't deny that the 2nd pair too had a faulty stitch line in one of the glove though it wasn't giving away like last pair BUT it definitely wasn't normal like the other glove. You don't see such faults, not even 1 percent in unused new products. I decided to go ahead out of excitement, plus I had already gone through the refund process already once. Today i took this gloves for spin, and the suspicious glove gave away at 1st go.
I am not saying BOTS ppl ll not take care of this query, but.. It's too much to receive 2 faulty products, that too of a premium quality (it definitely doesn't justify the price tag - the stitches are very poor). I don't know much about this brand.
I felt extremely unfair as it was my birthday today and this had to happen. I don't even know whether I want to return them as I am just not ready to undergo through all this again. I wish it had been a better experience.
