Park Tool products are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

  • 1 year warranty for cleaning brushes, pumps, stools, torque wrenches, electronic tools, motors and power supplies.
  • Rest all products come with Lifetime warranty

Exclusions

  • Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
  • Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
  • Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.

Useful tool for cassette removal

This tool is very useful when you want to swap out cassettes on you race or training wheelset depending on the terrain you are going to cycle on. Very useful for a home mechanic aswell as for anyone that travels to the hills regularly.
