WARRANTY

Polygon Bicycles are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Polygon warranty Only covers bike frame and non-suspension fork.
ENTITY-branded parts and electricity components equipped on E-bike.
Paint and sticker are not covered in this warranty.
Warranty does not cover wear items such as: bearings, bushings, tires, tubes, rims, brake pads, brake and shifter cables-casings-hose, chains, gears, handle grips, bar tapes, and saddles which are subject to varying wear life depending on use, load, weather, road conditions etc.
Alloy based frame and fork are covered for 10 years.
Carbon based frame and fork are covered for 5 years.
Steel based frame and fork are covered for 5 years.
Dual suspension series frame are covered for 5 years.
E-bike frame are covered for 5 years.
Trid & Trid ZZ series frame dan fork are covered for 2 years

All other original parts shall be covered exclusively by the stated warranty of their original manufacturer

Exclusions

Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alter the bicycle lights by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, collisions, or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the bicycle lights & Computers in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.

Terms & Conditions

Service must be performed by Polygon or an authorized retailer.
Insurance, handling and transportation charges to Polygon Distributor shall be borne by Customer.

Smooth ride so far

So far it has been good experience on Polygon Heist X5… perfect for long rides. Single drivetrain is a bliss, easy and smooth shifting of gears. Sturdy bike, 700x45c tyres give a kind of semi MTB look which is helpful during trails compared to other hybrids. Heist x5 is a good upgrade for me and definitely value for money. Happy with purchase.

Best upgrade from regular hybrid bikes

I got this cycle ~10 days ago from BOTS Jayanagar. I've done close to 150km on this. A very solid bike and the gear system is very responsive too. Absolutely worth the price when you compare it with other brands giving the same specs. You won't need all 10 gears in Bangalore roads :) but it's good to have if you are going on a mountain trail. The only negative part I noticed is that the pedals are not aluminum, and the pedal reflectors came off just after a few rides, so need to fix them with glue. Rims are not tubeless-ready even though the tires are.
