Extremely small, no sound

The bell is just 2-3 cm in length. My initial impressions were that maybe some wrong product was send; however it had the company's packaging. Have ordered a gps cyclometer from the same company before, was happy with previous purchase but this is a totally different experience. There is hardly any sound and bell is so small that it is hardly noticeable in the cycle. I don't see this product working as per expectations; moreover this is too costly when compared to local products.

Is this a bell I doubt no sound at all it is better a toy for children.
