Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. I would have given 0 stars if I had an option but I can’t. They selected an unreliable XpressBees logistics as the delivery partner for my Shimano Altus HG31 8-speed Cassette Sprocket 11-32T which I paid ₹ 1,300 including delivery charges on 26th July 2025 Saturday. Initially my tracking order showed 31st July 2025 Thursday as the date of delivery. Then they posted to 05 August 2025 Tuesday as the date of delivery and suddenly they preponed it to 02 August 2025 Saturday. I contacted bumsonthesaddle store and told them several times to change delivery partner to reliable delivery partners like Blue Dart or DTDC as XpressBees logistics are highly unreliable but they didn’t accepted my concerns but have assured me that they will deliver my package on the exact date of delivery itself. Neither I received my product nor I got OTP/Code for getting my package and my package is still with them. I went to XpressBees Offices in Kochi but all of them are either permanently closed or closed. I complained to customer care of XpressBees through email and I didn’t receive any response from them. I contacted customer care of bumsonthesaddle and they also tried to contact XpressBees logistics but they couldn’t get the call of XpressBees logistics. I haven’t received my package till now. I experienced One of the Worst Customer Service because of saving 4-5 times money by not buying it from Amazon and buying the OEM part on other websites. Never order gear cycle parts from them or any website for saving money as you will only receive nothing but frustration. Everyone please order gear cycle parts from Amazon, yes they are 5-8 times more expensive but they are more reliable, they have reliable delivery partners like blue dart and they will either deliver the product on time or they will deliver the product 5-6 days earlier than the actual date of delivery.
