The Vmax+ 180 is NiteRider's first taillight to feature COB (Chip-on-Board) LED technology, which for cyclists means highly visible flash patterns in a smaller, more compact package. It emits a powerful 180 lumens, and with 7 versatile modes — including flash, pulse, and steady options — it delivers up to 24 hours of runtime on low steady mode. Mode memory means it powers on in the last mode you used.

At a feather-light weight, it doubles as a wearable safety light, clipping onto straps, belt loops, and more, and fits seatpost diameters from 15.8mm to 31.6mm — covering the common 27.2mm size and well beyond.

Niterider Lights are covered by a warranty ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship for Limited** Lifetime.

*Note: A products lifetime is considered as 15 years.

**Duration of Warranty


• Limited lifetime warranty: Covers any defects in mechanical components (housings, covers, mounts and fasteners) and LEDs.
• 2-year warranty: Printed circuit boards, switches and AC adapters
• 1-year Warranty: Rechargeable battery cells

Exclusions
  • Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
  • Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
