Bought this trainer on 22 September 2020 and was delighted to see it is out for delivery on 24th itself. But the excitement was short-lived when status changed to wrong or incomplete address. Contacted Spoton logistics and send them an email with complete address and phone numbers. No luck for next 1 week despite daily follow-up with Spoton as well as BOTS. It was finally delivered on 01 October! All excitement of trying out the new trainer was dampened with this experience. BOTS should seriously reconsider their logistics partner. They should be able to deliver a parcel within Bangalore in 1-2 days time.
The product itself works very well so far. Very easy to setup ( Had to remove the cassette from my road bike- it doesn't come with a cassette) and comes with good software support ( Tacx and Zwift premium ) 1 month trial, after which you have to subscribe. But this trial of 1 month gives a good opportunity to try out both software and decide on your choice.
I would rate a 5 star for the product and website experience. But the logistics and support was a great disappointment.....
The product was delivered two days before the scheduled date of delivery . It was possible to track the item throughout the shipment process with regular updates .
