With the Birzman Clam Disc Brake Gap Indicator, dragging disc brakes are a thing of the past. The handy little tool made from stainless steel is simply placed over the brake rotor and fitted into the loosely fastened brake caliper between rotor and pads. Pull the brake lever for a few times, hold it up and tighten the brake caliper mounts...done!

Instructions for Use:

  • Slightly loosen the bolts connecting the calliper to the fork
  • Place the Clam on the rotor and slide it between the disc brake pads.
  • Apply the brakes and, with the Clam in place, tighten the bolts.
  • Release the brakes, turn the rotor and allow the Clam to slide out.
