Good one but not so happy

Coming to my rating, I personally never ever use online shopping except Amazon, flipkart, myntra, ebay for easy returns and easy refund, This is the the 1st time using this site because I really liked this product and this is the one exactly what I was looking for. So have to get it.

# 5 Star: for Overall product quality, its not genuine leather but still overall quality is fine and it can accommodate easily my iphone 11 pro max with a thick caseology bumper case.
# 1 Star: product zip is so tight not easy for regular use, Tried every method, waxing, lubing, WD40 but it just helped very little. Due to that the zip side leather type thing just started getting scratch within 2days.
# 1 Star: Pathetic paid return shipping policy, so didnt go for return/exchange.
# 1 Star: According to the quality of the product, utility, product price is excessively high.
