Recently got my Trek Domane AL 2 Gen 4 serviced at Bumsonthesaddle. I knew they are Trek authorised retailers and service folks, so I had no reservations of handing over my bike to them. They did a great job starting from the reception of the bike to understanding the problem very carefully with all the nuances and then suggesting the exact requirements for the service. They did not try to sell me anything, instead they saved me a lot of money by suggesting what was really needed in the bike. I always end up making impulsive purchases when it comes to bikes and accessories, but they were friendly and honest enough to let me know the exact requirements keeping me from over-spending. I am really grateful for their service in bangalore for cyclists lilke us and I hope they make their presence even more louder with stores across India.
