Terrible quality, did not last 2 months and no support

The stitches came off in 2 months and on complaint the brand rejected warranty claim saying that it had a friction on hard surface and bums on saddle is not able to provide a solution too. I have been using other bib shorts some of them even cheaper in same seat for couple years now but it had no issues whatsoever.

There’s obviously going to be some friction while cycling that’s why this product is made and sold , saying that it happened due to friction within 2 months is such a bad excuse for selling substandard quality for such premium price. I am sure the bib was not made to sit idle on a couch. Please don’t bother buying Castelli related products and avoid buying from this site which can’t support its customers for selling premium products.

Material, stitching and comfort are perfect. Easily I could say this is world class. Awesome product. I am sure I am going to use this for a long time and I am going to recommend to my friends.
