Overview

The Mud Peak is Deda's stem for the mountain and e-bike world, built to give XC and all-mountain riders dependable performance at a friendly price. It's forged in 3D from 6061 aluminium, which gives it strength and stiffness for precise steering without unnecessary weight, and it finishes in black on black.

The angle is 84°, and the graphics are reversible, so you can mount it with either a positive or negative 6° angle to fine-tune your handlebar height and position. A tall 38mm clamp height gives a secure, rigid grip on the bar. This is the short 50mm length, which gives a quick, responsive feel and suits riders who want a more upright, compact cockpit.

Good to Know

Deda recommends mounting this stem with Deda's Mud (MTB) handlebars only, because the clamp is sized for those bars. It fits a 31.7/31.8mm bar clamp and a standard 1-1/8" steerer — confirm your bar and steerer before ordering, and have your BOTS mechanic torque the bolts to spec.
