Breaking Good: A Tale of Cracked Carbon and Customer Care Excellence

Wheel-y bad luck struck when my carbon wheels decided to break down mid-ride, sending me crashing faster than my bank account on payday. This unfortunate incident not only damaged my wheels but also left my bike frame looking like it had been through a tough spin cycle.

Upon reaching the store, they performed a thorough inspection. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting my carbon cycle fixed. They explained that while the carbon wheels were indeed covered under warranty, the frame damage wasn't. I was relieved to learn that the store would replace or rebuild my carbon wheels once they received the replacement rims from the manufacturer.
