The Elite Arion Roller is a lightweight and sturdy training roller. It features parabolic-shaped rollers that help with balance and pedaling control. The rollers have a diameter of 85mm at the center and 100mm at the ends, making it easier to maintain smooth pedaling.

Love this roller

First things first - be ready for a slight learning curve. As described in all the youtube videos and reviews of rollers in general, you will need to "learn" to balance on rollers. That said, these rollers are wonderful. I am not a "pro" cyclist (I do ride my bike everyday though) and I was able to balance on these on day 1. The raised edges on the rollers keeps the bike from slipping off - and that's a big plus. Another great feature is that it can be folded and stowed away - which is another super useful feature when you live in small apartments.
A few tips I found very useful when starting out - place your roller near a wall so you can lean against it before you begin to pedal (preferably the wall should NOT be on the side your dominant hand and push-off leg, keeping these free to help you balance).
These rollers also look very sleek! It's a great product and will serve me well during the monsoon months!

Great product

You will need 2-3 days to get used to the rollers, but after that it is a very fun way to workout. Totally recommend it over traditional trainers.
