Giant Bicycles are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Prerequisite for Bike Warranty:
Bike registration should be done on www.giantindia.com within 15 days of purchase, failing to which warranty will not be applicable

Warranty of 5 years for:

Bicycle frame (Expect for downhill)
Rigid fork

Warranty of 3 years for:

Bicycle frame for a downhill bike

Warranty of 1 year for:

Paint finish and Decals
All other original parts (excluding non-Giant brand parts, all non-Giant brand parts shall be covered exclusively by the stated warranty of their original manufacturer)

Exclusions

The warranty is available only to the Original purchaser/buyer of products
Service must be performed by Brand or an authorized reseller.

BOTS IS A LIAR !!!!

BOTS is a liar, displaying false delivery time on their website. My product was supposed to be delivered in 5-6 days instead it got delivered after 2weeks. BOTS tricked me into believing that they deliver quickly otherwise I would not have placed the order. I've screenshot of payment page where delivery time is mentioned.
