An all-road flat-bar bike for riders who want to go from smooth tarmac to broken bike paths and light gravel without switching bikes, with wide tubeless tyres and hydraulic disc brakes for control wherever the road ends.

Overview

The FastRoad AR 1 pairs a high-quality ALUXX aluminium frame with a full-carbon fork, giving it an efficient, stiff pedalling platform while taking the edge off rough surfaces through the front end. The straight handlebar and upright geometry keep the rider in a confident, controlled position, which matters as much on broken bike paths as it does in city traffic.

A Shimano Cues 11-speed single-chainring drivetrain keeps shifting simple, while hydraulic disc brakes provide strong, consistent stopping power in all conditions. The wide, 40mm tubeless tyres are the real story here — they add the volume and grip needed to handle gravel strips and patchy tarmac with the same confidence as paved roads, and the D-Fuse alloy seatpost with ErgoContact saddle takes care of comfort over a long ride.

It's built for a rider who wants one bike that's equally happy on a paved commute, a gravel-strip shortcut, or a weekend ride that mixes all three.

Why You'll Like It
  • Goes wherever the road takes you: Wide, 40mm tubeless tyres give the volume and grip to handle gravel strips and broken bike paths as confidently as smooth tarmac.
  • Efficient, stiff pedalling: The ALUXX aluminium frame and carbon fork combination delivers efficient power transfer without adding unnecessary weight.
  • Strong, all-weather braking: Hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power through rain, dust, and sudden stops.
  • Comfort on rough surfaces: The D-Fuse alloy seatpost and ErgoContact saddle work together to smooth out rough roads and broken pavement.
  • Simple, dependable shifting: A single-chainring Shimano Cues 11-speed drivetrain keeps gear changes straightforward, with a wide enough range for varied terrain.
Who Is It For?

The FastRoad AR 1 suits a rider who wants genuine versatility from one bike — someone whose daily commute includes a mix of paved roads, construction detours, and the occasional dirt shortcut that Indian city riding often demands. The wide tubeless tyres and upright riding position make it a confident choice for navigating that mix without feeling out of its depth on any one surface.

It's equally suited to a weekend rider who wants to explore beyond paved roads — light gravel trails, canal-side paths, or rural backroads — without needing a dedicated gravel bike with drop bars. The straight handlebar and disc brakes give the control and visibility that make those less-predictable surfaces feel manageable.

Good to Know

The frame and fork both use 12mm thru-axles for a stiffer, more precise ride feel, and the tubeless-ready wheelset is set up to take advantage of the wide tyres' puncture resistance and lower rolling resistance. The single-chainring drivetrain keeps the cockpit simple and easy to maintain. The FastRoad AR 1 is available in XS and S sizes.
