Giant Bicycles are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Prerequisite for Bike Warranty:
Bike registration should be done on www.giantindia.com within 15 days of purchase, failing to which warranty will not be applicable

Warranty of 5 years for:

Bicycle frame (Expect for downhill)
Rigid fork

Warranty of 3 years for:

Bicycle frame for a downhill bike

Warranty of 1 year for:

Paint finish and Decals
All other original parts (excluding non-Giant brand parts, all non-Giant brand parts shall be covered exclusively by the stated warranty of their original manufacturer)

Exclusions

Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
