The Agilis™ MIPS® bike helmet is the perfect choice for riders looking for a helmet that combines an airy design with a little more coverage and a host of performance features. The fit is secure and comfortable thanks to the Roc Loc® 5.5 MIPS® system, which allows for easy adjustment and the added protection of the MIPS® system in the event of a side impact. The outer Hardbody™ shell extends into the interior of the helmet and is made of durable polycarbonate, which is firmly bonded to the inner shell of EPS foam through the In-Mold™ construction process for greater durability and ventilation.

6 MONTHS WARRANTY
This Product is Genuine and covered by a Brand warranty ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of 6 months from the date of the original purchase.

Exclusions
  • Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
  • Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
  • Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
  • Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
  • Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
