not good for rough road and race

Recently i used in gemany for ironman race. The raod was little bumpy. The iron/metallic L got broken during cycling thus loosing my bottle and bottle cage. No good for race.

Worth for long rides.

I used it for my first 100+ km ride. It is worth every gram of weight it adds. It is stable and aerodynamic. Use steel bottle cage for better grip overall. Recommended. Yes, it blocks any lights that you usually mount below your saddle. You will have to put it somewhere else.
