Annoying experience ...

It is written as bottom bracket and headset lockring tool.... accordingly I bought this for.MTB as bb replacement tool,but it iwas not compatible with the bb.as mentioned,so I returned and they charged me rs.250 as return expense,I had paid 50 for.shipping also...is this my fault ? Aren't they supposed to.take back the product without causing me.any loss? As this was fault from their side!

The Rs 250 that we charge is for the pickup from your place back to our warehouse. As clearly mentioned in our returns policy and instructions - you are more than welcome to ship the item back to us at your cost and you can avoid paying us the Rs 250. All these are clearly mentioned in the product page at the time of purchase. Compatibilities - we cannot do much and we expect the rider to make an informed decision on product purchase. We do allow returns to allow them to fix an incorrect purchase - most websites in the country don't allow this at the moment.
