LIFETIME* WARRANTY

JAMIS BICYCLES warrants to the original owner the replacement of original components and equipment of JAMIS bicycles due to defects in the material and/or workmanship according to the following conditions and limitations:

Warranty Cover:

1) Warranty coverage on bicycle frames and rigid forks extends for the Lifetime of the bicycle while owned by the original retail purchaser, except for the following bicycles:

a) Full suspension bicycles with rear suspension travel of 5″ or less: 5 years
b) Full suspension bicycles with rear suspension travel of more than 5″: 2 years
c) Komodo and Kromo bicycles: 5 years

d) The components, other than frame and fork are warranted for 1 (one) year.
e) The original owner shall pay all freight and labor charges connected with the warranty and parts changeover.
f) Paint finish and decals are warranted for one year.

2) The components, other than frame and fork are warranted for 1 (one) year.

4) Paint finish and decals are warranted for 1 (one) year.

Exclusions
  • Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
  • Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
  • Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
  • Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
  • Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.
  • Exclusion for Water Damage: Any damage relating to damage caused by water because some products are water repellant but not Water Proof
  • Non-specified conditions: Not includes damaged caused to products by improper accessories or improper fittings or for use in non specified conditions

  • The warranty is available only to the Original purchaser/buyer of products
  • Service must be performed by Brand or an authorized reseller.
  • Insurance, handling and transportation charges to Brand Distributor shall be borne by Customer.
  • For some products registration is required to extend the warranty. Failure to register voids extended warranty
  • The decision to replace or repair a product is influenced by the brand and various factors
