Description

The Lezyne Micro Floor Drive Digital HPG Pump is the perfect option for getting your tires pumped up with the size of a hand pump but with the convenience — and air pressure — or a floor pump. This tiny package is small enough to be mounted onto your frame with its composite matrix frame mount, making it just as portable as your hand pump, and uses lightweight CNC machined aluminum, so it doesn't alter the weight of your ride more than your average pump.

To use it, all you have to do is unclip it from your frame, thread the chuck onto your valve (it's both Presta and Schrader compatible), and drop down the stainless steel foot peg to get pumping. A digital pressure gauge is integrated on the hose, so you can land your tire on the exact pressure you want, whether running high PSI road tires, or plush, wide mountain bike tires.

Disappointing Experience with Lezyne Micro Digital Foot Pump

I recently purchased the Lezyne micro digital foot pump from Bumsonthesaddle and, unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory.While the pump boasts a solid build quality, the pricing seems disproportionately high for what it offers. The disappointment began with the dead battery that came with the product. The pump arrived with a dead battery, and the lack of a sealed packaging was a clear oversight. Despite contacting Bumsonthesaddle through phone, the response was less than helpful. Frustrated with the lack of support, I took matters into my own hands and replaced the battery at a watch shop, incurring an additional cost of Rs. 150. Fortunately, the display started working after the replacement. However, my disappointment didn't end there. When attempting to use the pump, the pressure display failed to hold and showed random numbers, making it unreliable for accurate inflation. My attempts to communicate these issues with Bumsonthesaddle were met with unsatisfactory responses, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied. Overall, my experience with both the product and Bumsonthesaddle's customer service has been disheartening. As a customer who invested in what seemed to be a quality product, the letdown is palpable.

Suggestions for Improvement:
I would suggest that Bumsonthesaddle pays closer attention to product quality control, ensuring that items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. Additionally, improving customer service responsiveness would go a long way in addressing customer concerns. I've noticed similar concerns expressed by other users on various platforms. It appears that issues with the product and customer service are not isolated, which is disconcerting. In conclusion, my experience with the Lezyne micro digital foot pump from Bumsonthesaddle has left me dissatisfied.
