The SEEMEE 300 is an impressive and powerful taillight, tailored for road cycling, urban riding, and daily commuting. It features two light sources, a main light and an OptiTracing light. The main light utilizes two LEDs with a combined max output of 300 lumens and with different lens angles for increased visibility. Plus, the OptiTracing light can project a 360° red warning light on the road, bringing you all-around visibility and keeping you safer in road traffic.

A built-in motion sensor detects your movement and automatically increases brightness (300 lumens) when braking, so you can warn your rear reliably and stay even safer in road traffic. Also, the brake function can be turned on/off manually for extended runtime. In addition, the ambient light sensor can automatically adjust the brightness of the tail- light depending on the outside conditions, letting you focus on the road ahead.

The switch on the top makes it a breeze to access the beam settings you want. Long press to turn the taillight on/off, and click to change different modes and brightness. Powered by a massive 1600mAh battery, the taillight boasts a max 60-hour runtime, and a USB-C charging port can boost your battery for longer cycling journeys. A sleek alumi- num housing makes the taillight durable and stunning, with an IPX6 waterproof rating to protect the SEEMEE 300 from heavy rain and splashing. When it comes to mounting, you can easily attach SEEMEE 300 to the saddle or seat post in seconds without any tools.

Switch Operation Modes
  • Turn the Brake Function On :When the light is off , press and hold the switch for 3s until the light lights up constantly at highest output.
  • Turn the Brake Function Off : When the light is off , press and hold the switch for 3s until the light keeps flashing quickly at highest output.
  • On/Off : Press and hold the switch to turn the light on/off , the default output is the last mode when turned off.
  • Change Mode : When the light is on , single click the switch to cycle through Low-High-Flash-Group Ride -Smart Low
  • Memory Function : Mode memory features will save the last selected brightness level automatically.
  • Low Power Mode : When the remaining battery power is low , the switch starts flashing and the lighting mode changes to ECO mode. The brake function is disabled during this period.
  • Optitracing Light: The OptiTracing Light is controlled by the light sensor. It will be off during the daytime. At, nightime , it flashes when the main light is in constant mode , and light up constantly when the main light is flashing.

Very Bright Noticable back light that lasts long

Magicshine Seemee 300 has very attractive and bright that makes it noticeable especially during the day light time. I have felt that its design makes it noticeable to folks or roads which is exactly what u need for safety. If safety is a priority for you, go for this.

An extraordinary light that performs beyond expectations.

The Magicshine Seemee 300 is an amazing rear light. Its throw and, especially, the Optitracing light help riders stand out both day and night. The light is so bright that it stands out even in the midday sun. At night, it looks truly amazing. I'm using it with the Magicshine Evo 1700 as a front light; the combination is outstanding.

Stopped working after the first ride in rain

Inspite of the solid build, it stopped working after my first long ride in rain.
Also, the motion detection feature is not very useful and it turns the light off many a times when in this mode. There is no easy way to tell if it is in motion detection mode or not. They have fixed this notification issue in seeme200 v3.0 version where the power light turns blue for 3seconds if motion detection mode is on.
A good light but would not recommend it until they add the mode notification and make it truly water proof. Too expensive with these short comings.
