Maaxis Detonator tires

Was hesitant as I had issue with my previous tire purchase from BOTS. This time ordered a couple of same tires and both of them fit my bicycle well.
The delivery was fast as usual. Will be buying more from BOTS

Mixed feelings- Not recommended for touring

I bought this way back in Oct 2021, I never had any punctures on rides in the city (Bangalore). But the 2 times I went touring I had horrible punctures, I ran out of spare tubes. Long stretches of roads were covered in jelly stones or were dug up or they were freshly tarred; I had several slow-leak punctures and one pinch-flat.
I've not given up on them though, I'm still using them for rides in the city because they're pretty good on Bangalore roads and in wet conditions. I feel confident on them.

Good Tire

I have purchased two of them in the interval of 1.5 months. I am using it on Scott Speedster Contessa 15 and other on Triban RC 120. I am regular cyclist and I do approx. 200-300Kms in a week. The roads where I ride is a Highway with some patches. So far these tires have sustained and performed good. The road grip and stopping distance post break is also good. Therefore I am rating it as 4 star, as the tires life is still under review.

Not for indian roads

3 flats in first 600km. I rode only on tarmac road. Maintained 110psi pressure.

Sorry to hear about the punctures Akhil. But we have plenty of Indian riders riding this across the country. Could it just be an unfortunate stretch thats caused this? Howmuch ever puncture protection is built into tires, sharp object will def cause a puncture
