Overview

The Mako 150 is a straightforward, battery-powered headlight putting out up to 150 lumens across High, Low, and Flash modes. Side "gills" in the housing add extra visibility from an angle, not just head-on, and the light runs on 2 included AA alkaline batteries — no charging cable to carry, just twist the light head to swap batteries when they run low.

It mounts with an easy on/off handlebar strap and quick-release tab, and is rated IP64 for water and dust resistance. Like the rest of the Mako line, it's tested to FL1 standards for accurate lumen output, runtime, and resistance claims.

Niterider Lights are covered by a warranty ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship for Limited** Lifetime.

*Note: A products lifetime is considered as 15 years.

**Duration of Warranty


• Limited lifetime warranty: Covers any defects in mechanical components (housings, covers, mounts and fasteners) and LEDs.
• 2-year warranty: Printed circuit boards, switches and AC adapters
• 1-year Warranty: Rechargeable battery cells

Exclusions
  • Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
  • Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
