Park Tool products are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

  • 1 year warranty for cleaning brushes, pumps, stools, torque wrenches, electronic tools, motors and power supplies.

  • Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
  • Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
  • Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
  • Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
  • Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
  • Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
  • Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.
  • Exclusion for Water Damage: Any damage relating to damage caused by water because some products are water repellant but not Water Proof
  • Non-specified conditions: Not includes damaged caused to products by improper accessories or improper fittings or for use in non specified conditions

Quick fix

It is very handy and will saves your space. After using multiple pre glued patches, this product seems to work better. Durability needs to be checked though.

Very handy and very small

The small plastic box that this comes in is almost as big as one patch, meaning it is very small as small as my thumb. So extremely easy to carry. Also the fact that it contains so many patches for this price is not a bad thing. Not sure how long the patch is durable on the tube but I think it should hold.

Compared to other patch kit, its quite light and sturdy. dont have to apply external forces after patching like other patch kits
