This commuting bike features a tough and light AL6 frame, a Shimano Acera / Altus 27 speed drive train, hydraulic disc brakes and 700x35c tires for a comfortable ride. The Path 3 is the perfect bike for social rides with friends or for dodging traffic to make it to a meeting on time.

Warranty

Polygon Bicycles are covered by the following warranty terms ensuring freedom from defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Coverage Period:

1. For bike frame and non-suspension fork:

Alloy based frame and fork: 10 years
Carbon based frame and fork: 5 years
Steel based frame and fork: 5 years
Dual suspension series frame: 5 years

2. ENTITY-branded parts and electricity components equipped on E-bike : 2 (two) years since the date of purchase.

3. Paint and sticker are not covered in this warranty.

4. Warranty does not cover wear items such as: bearings, bushings, tires, tubes, rims, brake pads, brake and shifter cables-casings-hose, chains, gears, handle grips, bar tapes, and saddles which are subject to varying wear life depending on use, load, weather, road conditions etc.

Exclusions

Misuse or Negligence: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligent handling of the products, including but not limited to improper installation, disassembly, or modification.
Unauthorized Repairs or Alterations: Any attempt to repair or alterations by individuals or service providers not authorized by the manufacturer will void the warranty.
Natural Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration, scratches, dents and fading over time, are excluded from the warranty coverage.
Accidents or External Forces: Damages caused by accidents, improper packing, collisions, unauthorized tampering or exposure to extreme external forces (e.g., impacts, falls, or severe weather conditions) are not covered under this warranty.
Incompatible Use: The warranty does not extend to damages resulting from using the products in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose or specifications.
Failure to Follow Instructions: Damages arising from a failure to follow the product's operating instructions, guidelines, or recommended practices as outlined in the user manual are not covered.
Battery Exclusions: For products with rechargeable Lithium-ion batteries, the warranty may exclude battery degradation over time or failures caused by non-compliance with proper charging procedures.
Third-Party Accessories: Damages caused by the use of third-party accessories, components, or modifications not explicitly approved by the manufacturer are not covered.
Failure to Provide Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, and failure to provide such documentation may result in the exclusion of the product from warranty coverage.
Exclusion for Water Damage: Any damage relating to damage caused by water because some products are water repellant but not Water Proof
Non-specified conditions: Not includes damaged caused to products by improper accessories or improper fittings or for use in non specified conditions

All in one bike

Using this bike for three years and rode around 12k kilometers
Pros:
Good build quality
Nice tyres for comfortable ride. not changed even after 12k kilometers
Very good hand grips, good for long rides
Very good braking
Cons:
The speed is bit slow compared to Marin Fairfax or Trek FX series because of the 40c tyres (but more comfortable than both)

I have been using this bike for almost 4 years. Got it from Cyclogist from Pune, India.

Great bike. Exactly as I wanted. My requirements were rigid fork and Hydraulic disc brakes, and my friend Abhijit suggested this bike. I just get it serviced once a year. Daily around 40 kms minimum. Friends suggest me to go for a road bike but I am in love with this bike and I don't want to go for any other model. Thank you Polygon.

Great bike for daily commute

Bike is great for daily city commute and can easily handle bumpy roads with minimal vibrations. It took me some time to finalize this purchase and BOTS team helped me to make the decision.

I've been using it for few weeks now. Gear shifting is smooth as compared to other bikes in same price range. If someone is planning to buy it then go for it you will not be disappointed

Great all round bike

I needed a hybrid for road / trail biking but didn't want to put a ton of money down on a big brand. My bet paid off with this Polygon; the geometry is great and it's fully equipped with better-than-expected components. I'm delighted and it's resulted in me using the bike a lot more than I'd planned which is a great outcome. I did change the handlebars from flat to a slight "riser" type but apart from that, the standard bike delivers. Highly recommended.

Best in class bike

Path3 is a real value for money bike. I've been using it for last 1.5 years and have driven almost 3k km . I've used arround 6 bikes previously and this one is a masterpiece.
