An open-top performance sunglass for riders who want maximum airflow without losing lower-face protection, built around four dedicated ventilation points.

Overview

The Salice 029 is characterized by its frame on the lower part only, with the upper part left open. That open-top design is built around airflow: four ventilation points, a big slit and a slot on the temples plus two more at the bottom of the frame, work together to keep air moving.

This Silver/Lime colorway pairs that ventilated shape with an RW Rainbow lens, multicoated to cut glare and waterproof-treated so dust and water slide off. The inner temples and nose pad are made of Megol, anti-slip rubber, for a secure fit.

It's built for riders who run hot and want a frame engineered specifically to fight fogging, without giving up lens coverage.

Why You'll Like It
  • Four dedicated ventilation points
A big slit and a slot on the temples plus two vents at the bottom of the frame work together to keep air moving where it matters most.
  • Open-top design without losing coverage
Leaving the upper part of the frame open improves airflow while the lower frame still protects where glare and debris are most likely to reach your eyes.
  • Secure, anti-slip grip
Megol rubber on the inner temples and nose pad holds the frame in place without pinching, even as you sweat.
  • High-visibility lime lens
The Lime tint boosts contrast and stands out visually, helping in flatter or overcast light.
Who Is It For?

Riders who run hot or fog up easily in standard frames and want a design engineered specifically around airflow, without sacrificing the protection a shield lens gives. The OPTIK B6 adapter compatibility also makes it a solid option for riders who need prescription lenses.

Good to Know

The kit includes a category 1 orange replacement lens alongside the main lens, useful for overcast or low-light riding. At roughly 26g, it's genuinely light for a frame with this much ventilation structure.
